Halfords are doing the Elite Volare Mag turbo trainer as a bundle for £87.58 if you buy it with a water bottle. RRP is £149.99, current sale price for the trainer on it's own is £101.49.
Seems like a strange deal but I just picked mine up. Good reviews for an entry level trainer.
Cheers, Rob.

Only just read this so dashed up to halfords only to find the offer ended yesterday :? However, still available online for£101 so the supervisor told the lad on the tills to "order" one for me then text me to say it was available for collection, so I bought it there and then. Good service from Halfords? must be the Bradley effect!!The problem is we are not eating food anymore, we are eating food-like products.0

Yes, mines now setup in the garage - Ipad rigged up to stream movies from my NAS. Some bluetooth headphones and I'll be sorted
seems very good for now but it is my first TT. Instructions for setup are a bit vague in parts but common sense will see you right.0 -
Hmmmm thought it was too good to be true. Got home and there were 2 vital parts missing, took it back and the young lad said, "Oh yeah, I knew there was some bits missing from one of the boxes but I didn't know which one."!!!!!!!!!! He then looked in the one remaining box, and lo and behold the same bits were missing from that too. Am going back this afternoon for a replacement that is being sent from another store or a refund. I'd bet on the refund myself.......
Edit: Well I got it replaced and it's all set up ready to use later. Seems perfectly adequate for someone of my abilities (or lack thereof!!) so I'm looking forward to trying it out.The problem is we are not eating food anymore, we are eating food-like products.0
