ss wheels for the winter

Hello All,

I'm building up a winter commuting bike from an old condor. I'm going to go single speed and am wondering if anyone has any reccomendations for some factory build wheels that are good for durability, salt and wet! All the wheels I've found so far seem to be track-centric and hence not too good for all winter use.....does anyone have any reccomendations?
