Front Disk rubbing

After my last ride my front disk has started to "grind". After some investigation I've found that it's not the disk rubbing on the pads, it's the "spokes" of the disk rubbing on the bit (calliper?) around the pads, excuse my poor explanation, I'm not down with the terminology. I've tried removing the wheel and reseating it, this stopped the problem when turning the wheel with no weight on it but the problem was noticeable as soon as I started riding today. I'll get some better pictures up later but has anyone got and advice/tips of what I can do? I'm sure I can adjust the position of the pads but I have no idea how, I like to tinker with things but I'm wary of screwing everything up, I've never worked with disk brakes before  The brakes in question are Shimano 445.

I've highlighted the area of the disk causing the issue in the image below

Thanks in advance

if it is rubbing on the caliper align the caliper again. if it is the adaptor then you have other issues.

info on aligning the caliper can be found in the manual or on parktools.

but basically undo the two bolts holding the caliper to the adaptor/fork and then pull the lever a few times to center the caliper and then tighten the bolts and release the lever.
