It's either a Cannodale Caad 8, Synapse 105 or Giant Defy 1

Its one of the three, going to go and try all of them out before deciding which one gets bought.
Any one been through this dilemma before?
The Defy reviews are amazing but the Cannondales get decent reviews too....

I've been in a similar boat. I bought the Synapse as it had the most relaxed geometry and it was my first road bike for a while. I wanted to ease myself in gently.

However, I now have an Advanced Defy and love it. Brilliant bike. The Defy 1 is also supposed to be excellent. If I had to pick one off the list, I would go for the Defy, but you can't really go wrong with any of them. Ultimately, it will come down to which feels best on a test ride.

Well after having a sit on the Caad and Synapse and plumping for the Caad, I then went along to find a Defy 1 in large, the shop had a M/L but i needed a L, I did then plump for a Caad 8 105, then I managed to find pretty much the last Defy 1 in L in the north east, I do love the look of the Defy 1 and it just felt right when I sat on it, pick it up tomorrow and will be having a blast on Wednesday morning....
    Buzzing....
