Have noticed that my saddle needs ajusting and i just wondering should i ajust the setback first or the saddle first?
im pretty sure you ment to ajust saddle first then if that doesnt work then ajust setback but cant be 100% certain if that correct

There's no first or second order. There are 3 adjustments that can be made to a saddle; Height, Forward/Backward, and Tilt.
You should set all 3 so that they are correct for you (Google Bike Fit for many recommendations). Then you make minor corrections, a few millimetres at a time until you are comfortable.Summer - Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 9.0 Team

they interact, but it'll be easiest if you start by getting the height about right, with the saddle level or maybe a sdmidge down at the front, and in the middle of the rails
then adjust setback, and if it involved much change adjust the height again
if the level saddle is comfy, you're done, otherwise experiment with slight changes to anglemy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
I usually recommend this YouTube video on bike fitting, it's a reasonable start.Summer - Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 9.0 Team
