I live in Shrewsbury so not far. You thinking of doing the DH or the XC? If you want to do the DH keep an eye out of www.pearcecycles.co.uk as they do uplifts there and they're well worth it.
If you want to push up you just park in the field, then head through the gate and turn right. Follow the fireroad up to the first hairpin then veer off right up the steep ass push. When you reach the top of the steep bit just walk up the track (you'll see it in front of you). When you get to the very top there are 3 main trails. One directly to the right which is the 'hardest' one as in it's most tech but still not too bad. The one straight on is the medium one, and if you turn off left at the first tabletop you go down a fairly flat easy trail that's just loads of fun. There's also lots of different little link ups you can do on the way down. Uplift is definately the way forward0 -
Thanks for that Majski, going there primarily to do the XC but hope to have a look at the easier of the DH runs! Are any of the XC bits easy to get back to the top & session?0

No idea, I only ride DH sorry, they're all easy runs and rollable apart from one signed rock drop on the right hand track0
