OK, been arsing around worrying about what road bike to buy for some time, the single speed was getting to tiresome as it's to harsh.

Depends how long your pubes are - if you find they are chafing on your chamois do it now - if not consult your gayometer to see where you wish to lie on it.
PS - Exception is if you get regular leg massages after riding then do it now as well.
