chain size for my 2 x9 setup

Hi there quick question, will be changing chain on my 2x9 setup with blackspire chain tensioner when measuring chain big cog big cog without rear mech do i route round the tensioner or do i miss it out as well. Thanks

    Include the Blackspire (which isn't a tensioner....it adds no tension)
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    As it makes people think it is one. The only part that is a tensioner is the rear mech as that has a means of adding tension. A spring.
