First bike on order

After a couple years of debating, I finally decided to jump in to road biking. Last week I ordered a 2013 Specialized Allez Elite from a local shop here in Joplin, Missouri. Apparently, the new Elite is a mid-compact for 2013 in the USA. I'm a bit concerned about that, but have been told by most everyone I have talked to that it will be a fine beginner bike for this part of the country. I was on the fence between the Allez and a Bianchi Via Nirone Tiagra, hopefully I made the right choice. This forum has been a great help in getting started.

Looking forward to getting the bike and hopefully getting back in shape in the near future.
