All Cassettes the same?

I want to buy a 10-spd cassette for a Turbo wheel but it says it is "For 10-speed HG-X MTB chains". Is this a standard 10 speed chain?

    Just to expand slightly Shimano cassettes are optimised to work with the directional Shimano (HG-X) chains. They will work just fine with other brands though.
