I know we've seen similar things before, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't this one, and it wasn't Yosemite.

I know this is a place for limes, string, and the occasional missing child, but thought I'd share anyway.

One of the best things I've seen all year.

Nice. I'd love to try to do something like that but I don't have the equipment, time, patience or skills. I did try once, I was training for the great north run and I thought I could take a photo resting my phone in the nook of a sign to get the same shot each time I went for a run. Plan was to run every morning at about the same time and get the same shot and do a seasons change type time lapse. But it didn't work out and the photos from the phone weren't good enough and I took them in portrait. Would have been crap.
I love horses, best of all the animals. I love horses, they're my friends.

  • That's alright that one. I like that there's lots to look at, but it doesn't fall up it's own arse and go on for 20 minutes, it knows when to stop.
    Good soundtrack too.
    The Mule approves.
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Wow. I love it. Every time something like this gets posted up i get excited, I particularly enjoy the sky shots though. Does anyone know what the shots across the sky were? plane or shooting stars? There seems to be a hell of a lot if the latter.

  • They'll be planes, I don't think shooting stars would be captured on timelapse as they go so quickly.

I'll have to check this out at work because my crappy internet doesn't want to play nice tonight.

In a similar vein, and hot on the heels of Yosemite HD:
