    I'm also 33 and been cycling regularly for 2 years, and I'd say I'm in better shape than I've ever been too. However I don't have a bicycle cake. I've just had some Alpen .. not quite so tasty.
    All the above is just advice .. you can do whatever the f*ck you wana do!

    I have been so strict with my dieting and really happy with how my weight is coming down nicely... but this weekend it's going to be cake, cake and more cake!

    Old??? Hop it sonny. You've got a good 16 years to go before you even get close to your physical, mental and sexual peak. And from what I gather, that peak advances by a year every year due to medical science and riding bikes. Old. At 33. Pfffft. Wait till you've nearly hit halfway.
