Canyon or Ghost

Like the look of these two as am after a light good spec'd trail bike for around 2k (am hoping that maybe the ghost will be reduced a bit in the autumn sales!), any thoughts on these or does anyone have either? Would be great to hear opinions!

The canyon actually is a bit lighter which is surprising considering it's not carbon.

The carbon could be used for stiffness and strength rather than weight savings, but my guess is the spec of the Canyon is what makes it so low. Full XO is amazing stuff, and it does have a lot of carbon finishing kit. On spec the Canyon wins.0

Just about to press the button on that very same Canyon. Can't fault it for the price and it's won plenty of awards - I doubt anything can touch it for the price. Price alone for the brakes and groupset is supposed to be £1500.0
