Help! Removing Shimano Freehub body

Hi.
I have a specialised hub that has a "Shimano style" freehub body (Large hex bolt inside) that I want to remove.
I removed the axle, bearings and shields.
I've put the 11mm allen key in the vice and lowered the wheel onto the allen key but no matter how much force I exert by turning the wheel, the darned thing seems welded in! I've heated up the hub with a hot air gun, tried penetrating oil but it still eludes me
Any tips out there please? I'm stumped
Also, I also have 2 x formula hubs, that seem to need a star drive kind of removal tool. Are the freehub bodies interchangeable, independantly from their respective allen / star drive locking bolts?
Thanks again

More force. Unless there is a locking insert.
What hub exactly?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

not sure which hub exactly, it's off a 1998 Rockhopper
As for a locking insert, all that's obvious is the bearing cup, with it's 2 x cut outs, though I thought this was only removed to "Service / strip" the freehub?
I'm putting all my 16 stone behind it and still no movement and I've tried a "Shock" tighten first.
Any more tips?
Oh and I've just found out that it's a 12mm hex key (By putting 2 x 6mm's together) but my 12mm hex key won't fit through the "Axle holes" in the bearing cup on the non-drive side or through the drive side's circular bolt-end0
