Sorry another bike insurance topic.
Found out my house insurance won't cover over 2k, so looking into specific bike cover.
I have read around and ETA looks good company as they pretty comprehensive compared to others, cover would be 225a year though =-O
Any other suggestions? Bike is a canyon slx 8.

I'm in the same boat, house insurance won't do over 2k while the bike's outside. But it IS covered whilst in the house and at no extra charge either (Direct Line). As it's my "nice day" bike it never leaves my side when I'm out.
I was quoted 240 p.a which considering I live in a quiet Highland village seems absurd, my 2.8 litre BMW costs less to insure! Set up a savings account and pay in your 225 a year, if the worst happens you have some cash for a new bike. If not you've built up a savings fund for your next bike.http://www.strathspey.co.uk - Quality Binoculars at a Sensible Price.

Yer I could do that , but if I did have a crash ect I'd need 2k rather than 250 for replacement so going to need bike insurance, anyone delt with ETA though??

Have a look at Aviva, got home insurance with them and bikes are covered upto £2500 which includes garden/shed and for a little extra they are covered away from the home..0
