planet x model c rear wheel rattle

When i move the wheel side to side there is a click, bearings were changed and it still happens, anyone have any ideas?
Im leaning towards the axle having some wear, not sure if planet x do spare axles anyone know a supplier?
A feather is kinky, a whole chicken is just perverse.

    Don't know which hubs they use, but it sounds like loose caps...

    I think they are novatech, everything is nice and tight, im at a loss.
