Recommend me a road bike with tiagra £700

I'm seriously considering a new road bike. I would like one with a similar geometry as my Kuota with a full tiagra groupset.
(Yes I know the Kuota Korsa Lite has the exact same geometry as my Kharma - it doesn't come with tiagra)
I don't really want to spend more than £700. Recommendations?

tiagra group set is £300. That leaves £400 for a tasty steel set up.
