Chris King 142 hub - how do I preload the bearings?

Hi,
I’m heading away early tomorrow morning for the weekend but I noticed some play in my rear hub (about 9 months old); I think the bearings need pre-loaded. Most of the guides instructions I can find on line seem to deal with the standard hub (tightening with two 5mm allen keys) but obviously this won’t work with the 142x12 rear hub. Can anybody give some idiot-proof instructions? – the more basic the better!
Thanks,
Donncha.

page 8 note the bit about the 142 hub in bold."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks for the reply!
I also e-mailed Evolution imports who responded instantly!
In case anyone else needs to know:
Your hub has a heavy duty axel design rather than the 2 piece axel design you have seen online (two 5mm allen keys ether end). In order to preload your hub you will need to undo the 2.5mm allen key grub screw on the axel clamp (this is the doughnut shaped piece on the non drive side of the axel-as a tip I would remove the disc rotor first to make it easier to undo this and not round out the head) once the grub screw is lose use your hands to hold the drive side of the axel still and using your 2.5mm allen key in the hole under the grub screw tighten clockwise the axel clamp to preload the bearings (these need to only be hand tight so the bearings still run free but have no movement) once you have the correct preload tighten the 2.5mm bolt to hold the clamp in place.0 -
which is just what is says in the manual."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
