Jagwire query

My plan: To buy a Jagwire Racer kit. In addition to this, I would like to have sealed DR cables, where they run on the downtube. I have sourced some PTFE Teflon liner that I can run along the downtube and some rubber boots that will cover where the Teflon liner joins the DR outer housing keeping them sealed. I was thinking of getting some extra Jagwire ferrules from Bike24 or BikeDiscount.de as they are relatively cheap. It saves me buying a Gore sealed cable kit and spending a massive amount of money. I'm guessing I could save around £20-30 if I get these ferrules and do it all myself.

My problem: I don't know what size ferrules to get. I understand I will have to get nosed ferrules that will fit inside the Teflon liner which the inner cable will run through. Sadly, the German sites don't have a great explanation of the sizes and the use for these ferrules.

If someone could possibly run me thru the process and positioning of ferrules along the route from shifters to the DR's and brakes, this would help greatly.
