I used ParcelForce, I had to ship with pedals and front wheel removed to get it down to size, but seemed reasonable for next day delivery.

I used http://www.tuffnells.co.uk/UK-Parcel-Delivery recently when I sold my Son's Marin MTB .
We made sure it was well packed, very pleased with these guys, bike arrived in perfect condition(Hampshire to Tyneside)cost would vary but about £40 I would estimate(We have a business account with them,so get a trade price)0 -

as long as you keep the longest dimension under 120 cm and pack the bike well (bubble wrap, card and remove pedals etc) http://www.parcelshipper.co.uk is very good and well priced ,i use them a lot and never had any problems yetTrek Madone 5.9 2012
