Hardtail around £1000

Hey

I'm relatively new to this so please be gentle!

I am looking at getting my first bike (in a long time at least) and i'm willing to spend around £1000 but could be willing to stretch a little further.

I quite like the look of the bike below and it seems reasonably well spec'd for the priced.

From the big brands this is about as good as it gets, very good fork for this money. For cross country riding, general trails, moors and forests, is a great buy.

Down from £1500 to £1000 which I think is a bit of a bargain, but thats only based on reading about the components and a few reviews.

Pick it up next week as the last one in the shop had just been sold. Then on to the trails
