    Back to work for me today :( Can't say I'm looking forward to it, even though I arranged for lots of new toys to be delivered to work today, I really cba!

    Yesterday I managed to fit tyres to each of my bikes, I'm planning on getting my old V-Brake bike up and running as a commuter/pub run bike. Fitted the Blender with DH Minion and High Roller (God, I forgot how painful they are to get on!) and an Ardent and Hard Drive on the Cube. Should make a decent difference.

    Reet, better finish this tea and get on with it.

    Mornin' sinners,

    Busy day in work today - dignitaries visiting, machine commisioning and training. All go here! Still, should be able to squeeze in some loafing about and slurping coffee to maintain the work/laze balance.

    The weekend just gone has laft me with a couple of jobs that need doing. Tonight, I must start investigating why the hardtail now feels like it wants to crab everywhere, however I am expected out for food and yatter tonight. Then, after significantly bending the rally car last Saturday, I've got to spend the weekend with the driver, stripping it ready for scrapping. At least the commute means I get some time out riding this week!

    Ownards! To caffeine! And visitations!
    How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

    Moaning...

    Fettling last night, finally sorted the ghost shifting problem on bike A, poxy clarks self lubricating cables, sticky cables more like, the oversize cable sticks to the 'self lubricating' outer... after 3 goes I tried a different cable/outer set & it's all good.

    Simple job taking hours to sort... stupid cables :x

    I have returned from Morzine just about in 1 piece. Nicely black and blue from a couple of mishaps...

    Today I will mostly be speaking to insurers/looking for a new car as the trusty Focus has been declared a right-off.
    I also need to invest in a new wheelset as my rear hub/rim are done in and the front is a similar shape to a Pringle.
    And I'm on the hunt for a possible new bike or just something to do DH type days with...probably 2nd hand because of the car.

    Better get on the phone/start unpacking

    Commuted in this morning, i think its altering my DNA, first off i put a bell on, then little lights and then i pushed all the way in to beat my Monday time :shock:
    In Other news Cooldad Called me Andyish and i'm a little devestated/shocked/hurt/overwhelmed and i might cry into my new pink hockey outfit!

    Anyway breakfast beckons and i've only had one Coffee, so i need to put this right!

    today i will be looking into the dark art of going tubeless, something i've not really thought about before now sojust reading up some guff of it.

    Mrs g has headed off to her mums for a few days meaning I shall be left alone babysitting man child, already i need coffee from just thinking about it.

    you know the score, POIDH. glad you had a good time, i'm not jealous at all of anyone who's been to teh alps this summer :x

    i've had quite a busy day today, it's been nice to actually be doing some work for a change :lol:

    may go for a quick ride later but i'm riding skyline at afan on friday so may rest up as i want to do it in a decent time :D
