Craft Elite bib shorts - anybody purchased from Wiggle?

In this case, I do really blame Wiggle!

Has anybody purchased a pair of Craft Elite bib shorts from Wiggle, more importantly did anybody buy them for circa £70 (depending on loyalty discount etc) ???

I put some on my wishlist, in the hope to purchase on pay day. Then two days later I go to buy and they have shot up in price to £105. They were even £65(ish) with the 'EXTRA10' code = bargain.

I'd normally just chalk this up as a missed opportunity but Wiggle are adamant they've never sold these bibs at that price. Bollocks - I know they were that price and had been for some time.

If you have purchased them and don't mind PM'ing me your order number from Wiggle so I can refer them to it, then I'd be very appreciative. I don't believe I could retrieve any of your personal details from this number, it's just an arbitrary string.

Thanks in advance.

Would Wiggle sell you some at £65 just because you could prove they were previously at that price?

Yep - if they were at a lower price before, you missed your chance. Nothing you can do about it now - a shop selling a product at a certain price doesn't legally dis-entitle them to increase the price later!

Oh no gents, I don't dispute the fact that I missed out on an opportunity and Wiggle aren't obliged to sell me them at a lower price than the current one. Wiggle have simply stated that they have categorically never sold those shorts at that price. I'd like to send them a 'yes you did!' email (with Haribo).

Perhaps you've confused them with the Craft Performance shorts or even the Active ones?

Nope, defo the Elites. I have a lot of Craft kit and at that price knew they were a steal but unfortunately, I'd spent all my pocket money and couldn't get them right away.

I added them to my wishlist and when I returned to buy them they were £105.
