Upgrade Fork or Wheels?

I'm currently looking to upgrade some of the main components on my bike, my initial thoughts were to upgrade my wheels from the all terra hubs and alex DC25 rims that came with the bike, to a pair of superstar AMX wheels. However I recently found i could upgrade my Suntour XCM V3 fork to a 2011 rockshox recon silver TK coil for about the same price. I'm on a pretty tight budget so I'm not looking to spend much more than either of these two and was hoping someone could advise me which of these would be a more worthwhile upgrade
Thanks

The fork with out a doubt - will save a pound in weight and have much better performance - while the wheels you my not save a thing.0

+1 - I swapped a Suntour XCM fork for a Recon, and from the moment that I held one in one hand and one in the other, I knew I'd made the right choice. It feels about a kilogram lighter. Weigh them both when you do it and let us know what the exact figures are!Specialized Roubaix Elite 2015

found the equivalent fork 2013 version, any ideas why the price (even the RRP) is so much lower despite it being more up to date?

It's the same fork as the 2012, RS just put a 2013 sticker on it, has not been updated.0

This is a bit naughty of Merlin though:
"Weight: 2069g , * Weight based on 265mm 1-1/8" steerer, 9mm QR lower leg, Solo Air"
