Some more pics here from my GoPro, not too many as a lot were pretty blurry as the camera was mounted on the bike, reckon the chest mount is a better option, less vibration

And a bit of vid from the xc route at Inners, nearly made it through the technical section without dabbing, just couldn't get the clown wheels round the tight right hander

Is it wrong that I'm already looking into booking again for next year? For a longer stay though.

Pilch, that video's not too bad! The 2 Scottish blokes me and Bails bumped into asked if we were taking the black or red. I didn't even hesitate to say red! Doesn't look to bad though. Maybe next time, providing I don't gimp my hand up
Matt - Definitely! Do itIt takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Not in the slightest Matt, get it booked lol
As I said to a few of the guys, if anyone fancies hitting GT (or any of the 7 stanes) but doesn't want to do the long drive up I am 5 mins from Glasgow Airport and rail links to Glasgow central, would happily pick you up, put you up for a night and drive to GTAttention all planets of the Solar Federation - We have assumed control.0 -

Unfortunately busy this weekend (and for the next few), so can't join you.
Are you going to come over for the Crudcatcher DH at Cwmcarn in September? After Sunday at Innerleithen I'm definitely going to be there!!0 -

Sounds good... how about a 2 centre trip: start with a few of the Stanes on the west side? Kirroughtree/Dalbeatie/Ae/Mabie/Drumlanrig castle (not a stane as such but worth a visit if you are in the area)
...then cut accross to GT and Inners... if you are still feeling full of beans you could always fit Newcastleton in on the way home
I believe they have the same wooden wigwam things in Ae & Kirroughtree, or we have stayed previously in an actual wigwam and a yurt at the Galloway Activity centre, which is pretty central for most of the Stanes in the area.0 -
ooooooo, multi-centre. We're getting pretty ambitious now.0

Nah, sadly I'll not be able to make any more now before the end of the year. We've got some pretty big stuff going on at work right now which is going to keep me very busy well into next year.
The good news though is that it should mean that I'll be turning up next year with a shiny new DH bike and some shiny upgrades on the Reed.0 -
some excellent pics there Mark. I particularly like the one of you nailing the jump at the top of spooky, whoever took that must have been an absolute legend with the camera.0
