Hi,

Any ideas on any good fixed gear carbon road bikes with brakes?

To be honest i've never heard of one, you would probably have to get a road frame and put a modified track wheel on it.
By modified i mean you would have to put in some spacers to get your chain line to be straight.

If you're riding the bike on the road, then I'd go for converting a carbon road frame and using and eccentric BB or a rear wheel with a White ENO hub on the rear rather than using a carbon track frame with close-clearance and geometry less-suited to the road.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

Ive seen a rider poncing round on a planet x carbon TT bike. You could give them a bell - bet they would do a track frame with a TT fork rather than a track fork to allow a brake.

Doubt any track frame will take a rear brake though you really don't need one.
