Old rim ERD 536mm

New rim ERD 538mm

will I get away with using the same spokes?

Maybe maybe not. What are the old spoke lengths (actual) and what does the calc say for the new rim?

thanks for the reply NH but the wheel is the stock one that came on my Kona Operator (2012) so I'm not sure of the spoke lengths or how to use a spoke calc.

Then I will politely suggest that you need a wheel builder - give them your old wheel and the new rim and tell them to make it work.
