HELP - New Bike Advice

Hi Everybody,
Can I please have some views on a suitable bike. I have done a few Triathlons and been training on an old Falcon Classic Tourer and think it is probably time for an upgrade. I have spent hours looking and have narrowed the choice within my budget down to the following:
Specialized Allez
Ribble Sportive 7005
Forme Vision (2011 model)
It will initially be used for triathlon training and shortish rides but I do quite fancy doing some time trials in the future. Any guidence would be much appreciated.
