Ive just taken delivery of my wiggle order and they did include the bibs shorts i ordered.

I contacted them and by email as they dont seem to have a phone number.

The email i got back said that the shorts have been discontinued. They are the 2012 Castelli Velocissimo Equipe Bib Short - 2012

The email I got back said they had been discontinued!

The 2012 are discontinued! seems strange. I checked the web site and the still list the colour and size i ordered! 10No. in stock

I'm wait for a response to an second email explaining the above. Hope its positive!

Has anyone any advise on how to speak to them? :?

Is this common??

Maybe they are confused as you said the delivery did include your bib shorts?

Have they taken the money for them? I know they had 10% off as part of the TdF discounts - could be you just missed out if they did only have 10 available. try their facebook page - no one likes bad social media publicity.

too many Wiggle knockers - the vocal minority. Always had good service from them, and they are good if there is ever a problem too

Excellent service from them for every transaction I've done with them.

Re the Haribos, I've not had them recently either but I have had a free High Five energy drink (tablets and powders) as well as energy gel sample instead.

It does seem to be random whether you get them or not though ... and I think I read that somewhere on their site as well.

I've never had an issue with wiggle ... one time there was an item missing from my order (there was over 30 items though), I emailed them and it was with me the following morning. Similarly, I tried on a pair of dhb leg warmers and the stitching burst - sent back to wiggle with an explanation and a full refund was issued without question.

    Bit of an update.....

(i'm not knocking Wiggle just inquiring if any body had problems and giving freeback on my experience)

The order i placed was not completed and charged in full.

I spoke to wiggle and they have sent me a credit for the bib shorts, which i have now recieved. I'm unsure how i was able to order out of stock shorts, but thats what happened.

Trouble was i order an 'outfit' so i needed to either return the jersey or find alternative shorts. I have done the later.

The shorts came very quickly and with some Haribo!

Siamon - Thanks for the number :D

On a brighter note, my first order, some time back, got me a full box of energy gels! :o :P Can't knock that!

Bit disappointed with Wiggle today, ordered afew bits including 2 pairs of socks, one of the pairs were not what I ordered at all. diffent colour and everything. tempted to send them back but they are actually a pound or two dearer and still look good, so just taking it on the chin this time.

Lucky chap. I've had lots of Haribo, and even a bottle opener, but I can't say I've ever had a pair of tits in with my new tyres.
