Another newbie, what bike post!

Hi All, I'm just looking at starting out road riding, I have had mainly Mountian Bikes previously.
I know its a big ask but I'm looking for something around the £200 mark - pretty much ruling out anything new at this price as it's likely to be a heavy collection of bargain bin parts. So second hand market, what could I be looking at in that price range and where's is good to buy, ebay? websites? LBS trade ins?
I'm 6'3" so needing a large frame size - I have posted in the wanted section here too.
