Dear All
Apologise if that this has been done before .... but I am searching and getting nowhere
I Want a cycle computer
Must have:
- HRM + sensor
- Be able to set HRM zones with alarms
- CAD + sensor
- Be able to set CAD alarms
- Be reliable + robust
- Be reasonably weatherproof
- Be no more than £100 ish
Do not need:
- GPS
- PC / website upload

Ticks all the boxes and is in budget. £49.99 plus the cost of a HRM strap (£20 ish)
Its the one i use and works really well.
The one feature i like more than any is the amount of info in screen at one time (Speed, whether your average is going up or down (Arrow), Distance, Cadence, and Heart rate)
With it being rear wheel based it can be used on a turbo trainer.0 -
Cateye V3....If u look hard enough you can find for under 1000

Have you got a Smart Phone? There's loads of good apps for them for peanuts. The Polar H7 seems to be the 'best' bluetooth HRM - they all seem to be around the same price.0

I've got a polar one which I got off here for about £30. Wireless, cadence, heartrate, speed, does all the zones etc and so far no reliability problems - I haven't set the cadence up yet though0
