Unable to remove suntour fork cap

I have a Carrera Vulcan mountain bike, the forks have been playing up lately so I took them apart.
They were fairly gunked up so degreased them, cleaned them out and regreased them. However the one cap wouldn't go back on), it seems to have some sort of propriety tool that is used to tighten them up but cannot locate one online (infact I ordered what I thought was the tool from america and it turned out to be too small).
The caps look very similar to this
Any ideas, I know the forks are crap, I am just hanging on to the bike until the next round of cycle to work scheme when it will be replaced.
