Help with gearing for Ventoux

Hi
I have previously ridden Ventoux on my bike (see my post from a few years ago here) but had a 11-32 cassette at the time.
As I commute in London which has few hills I have been using a 12-23 this year and was planning to leave it on my bike for the Ventoux trip. My chainring has 50/39/30.
On my previous climb of Ventoux I mainly used the 39-28
Can anyone work out if I have anything comparable on my current bike? How would a 30-23 compare?
I don't want to have to change the sprocket in case it requires a longer chain but realistically I may have to.
I'm off to France a week on Monday so have time to order a chain & sprocket if need be.
Cheers!

You can check any gear sizing using the gear table here:

Sorry I was being lazy - FWIW 30 - 23 is a lower (ie easier) gear than 39 - 28. It has a ratio circa 10% lower if that helps.0
