Wiggle & Mech Warranty

Hi All,
Rather rotten timing for the start of the summer to be coincided with my rear mech on my Focus 105 breaking.
I've mailed and not hear anything, I've chased them via live 'chat' and advised it would be assigned to someone but as yet nothing.
I'm planning a trip to France from 08/08 and obviously want my bike ASAP. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing, will they send new component or have the bike back?
Note for self - will buy from LBS next time

Can I suggest blaming Wiggle ?Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.
Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved0 -
Just buy a new mech then you will have your bike back. Send the broken one back to Wiggle.Smarter than the average bear.0

Have you followed the returns procedure? Doesn't sound like it.

They are normally excellent. I'd still blame them though.I don't do smileys.

This sounds like what is known in the trade as a JRA or a Just Riding Along..... so buy a new replacement mech and enjoy your holiday. Send the broken one to Wiggle and try not to blame them.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
