Fox rebound and lockout

So I have had this bike for nearly a month and now the forks which are Fox F100 RL's the lockout knob was really tight to turn all of a sudden but the rebound dial worked fine when I got home I took the rebound adjuster off with a tiny allen key to see what may be up with the lockout but I was baffled and put the rebound adjuster back on now the rebound won't turn and the lockout is still stiff anyone know how to fix this?
