One Year In...I Are Commuter!

So, apolagies in advance this is just me gushing about my first full year commuting and what it means to me.
Last july I was told our works carpark was being resurfaced - avoid driving in if possible. I took the plunge and started riding the 15mile each way commute 3 days a week, this carried on long after the completed car park.
So, one year later...One year smoke free, covered 3500 miles, saved a load on deisel & tobacco, spent a load on bikes and gear. My beard has frozen solid in -5 and I've considdered swapping for a canoe recently. Today i've just done my first metric century at 107km. I'm leaner and fitter and I'm hooked!
Unfortunately now the nice weather has finally arrived, I'm having an enforced break for a minor-op. So I'll be on here a bit more over the next couple weeks, lets hope the olympic results are worth it.
Heres to the sunshine, and I hope my SCStats dont suffer too much!
