Best place to watch olympic road race (Not Box Hill)

Didnt get tickets for Box hill but where would be the best place to watch the road race in Surrey, i am ravelling from Kent by car, cheers.

I'm going to Richmond Park. Watch them go out somewhere around Sawyers Hill (pub nearby for vital refreshments), then I'll wander back towards Kingston and probably watch somewhere around the dip near Ham gate.0

West Byfleet for us - simply 'cos it's nearest and there's loos, which the Mrs insists on. And a pub etc....

For the women's race on Sunday I recommend the Holland Heineken House, which will show the race on numerous big screens in a specially created beer hall in the Palm House of Alexandra Palace. With hundreds of Dutch fans it should have a Dutch Corner ambiance.
You have to buy a ticket in advance through the website (12.50 euros including booking fee), which you then pick up at the entrance — you'll need to take a passport or driving license as ID.
It's too late for the men's race — sold out.
