Which is stiffer on a conventional 9mm dropout fork (26"/130-150mm)?

Depends on the QR - these vary quite a bit, an XTR is stiffer than say some Ti skewered effort. In fact I have seen tests showing some Shimano skewers to be stiffer than the RWS!

Sorry, to clarify - I already run an RWS skewer on my front wheel but have not long ago switched to a Flow/Switch wheelset and wondering whether converting to 9mm through axle and using one of these -

    - rather than the RWS would be stiffer (have already worked out for myself the RWS feels better than the standard Hope QR I had previously).

I've got the superfast hub on the front of my bike:

Would I be able to use that QR with this hub If I just took the existing one out and replaced it with that? Or is it a different size? I'll have to measure it tomorrow.

Sorry, the existing axle itself, not just the quick release.

Not sure TBH but I don't think so. I have the Switch hubs which have different inserts for different axles/QRs.

I have read of people drilling out 'fixed' QR hubs to 9mm and using the through axle QRs then, but that's obviously a one-way deal.
