Hard Wearing Waterproof Required

Have a breathable one already, but need something a bit more hardy.
Requirements:
- Tough. I crash a lot. Don't want to have to keep repairing it.
- Rear zipper for inner tubes, pump and so on.
- Must be water proof, not water resistant.
- Less than £50.
Does such a thing exist?
