I set off yesterday at 5.30am and reached Bridlington at 7.30pm. Not too tough a ride in terms of terrain but the distance (170 miles) is a hard grind.
Had a lovely recovery meal of huge greasy pizza, cheesy garlic bread and a huge slice of cake (thanks Bodrum kebab house!).
And now I can legitimately spend the day on the sofa watching Wiggo on the Champs Elyssee!
