Shimano brake fluid

lol as usual they overprice anything that is bike specific, any recommendations on where to get this stuff cheaper? On my avid elixirs I just went to the car shop and picked up some dot 5.1 or whatever, it was like 7 dollars.

Citroen LHM will work.

I got a 150ml bottle for a fiver off fleabay. Enough for about 10 years I reckon unless I change the hoses every year.

DOT brake fluid is hygroscopic , as soon as it comes in contact with air it absorbs moisture.

CRC have it for a couple of quid. Small bottle, but you don't exactly need a lot.
