He doesn't say what the full spec is (is a custom build) so very hard to say. Not the best fork. I'd avoid it to be honest.

If after a new bike what is your budget?

got a budget of £600

That will buy you a much, much better bike than that! It looks about £300 (new), not at all what he is making out it to be.
