Some kind of pouch...with chain reaction on it.... what is meant for?

Can't tell if it's meant to be a wallet or ipod pouch or what?? Lol.

Any ideas?

    To make you buy the magazine without getting a chance to flick through it first to see if there's anything of interest as the whole thing will be in a plastic wrapper... perhaps? ;)
