Not saying bars can't do that, but you offered nothing apart from colour as your buying criteria!

Contact points with you and the bike and the bike and the floor are a good place to start.

So bars, and wheels (tyres) then.
    Do want some Panaracer tyres...

Also, what should look at in bars? Weight, length?

You've got a new bike there. Ride it for a bit and decide what you don't like the feel of.

You seem to want to make changes based on looks and wants rather than with a mind that something doesn't feel right or could be improved

Yeah I think orange might go well :) Or maybe white? SSC good price to start with, check out the usual places like CRC, wiggle to see if they have anything on offer.

I think it was going to upgrade something on the bantu it would be the pedals, get something with proper pins that can rip out some decent flesh. Those standard wellgos hardly scratch!

A gold bar would look gash. Keep what you have and ride it!

  • IMO if you want to add colour to the bike then do it with smaller subtler pieces, rather than big ones like the bars. As a purple bike, the highest opposing contrasting colour would be yellow/gold, whereas more subtle colouring would be the lilac/blue colours. Contrast is great but it needs to be done right, else people will just puke every time they see your bike!

    Very much this.
Only obvious upgrades might be decent pedals and tyres, depending on what you ride. Along with forks, they make the most difference to a bike. The rest looks pretty balanced.
