Ultegra CS-6700 cassette

I need some advice plz. I want to change my cassette from cs-4600 to cs-6700 Ultegra. But on bike-discount they state to be used with Ultegra or Dura Ace rear cage ONLY. My bike, Cube Agree GTC, has 105 groupset, obv apart from the Tiagra cassette. I'm now not sure whether I should buy Ultegra cassette plus the 6701 chain. Has anyone done this or should I stick to 105 cassette, which I'm not sure is worth changing?

    I have a bike that came with Ultegra, but a 105 cassette...and another bike with full 105...I have extra wheels with Ultegra cassettes fitted...... I ride both bikes and switch wheels around. I also use various KMC chains with the link for easy fitment,,,,,,I cannot tell the difference between 105 6600 and Ultegra 6700 cassettes in use.... personally I would save some money and stick with a 105 cassette.
