Price/Sale advice

Hi, I have a Gary Fisher Cake 1 Genesis MTB that has been ridden once since it was purchased a number of years ago. I have been in plaster for nearly two years and want to purchase a road/touring bike as my MTB days are over. Could anyone help with an idea on price? Are there any shops that anyone knows do part-ex? I am in the Leicester area.

Can't help you with a price as per our rules, but certainly worth looking out for part ex for a quick deal (though you generally get less). Ebay 'completed' listings are a good bet for a general price.0

It's quite an old bike so may not fetch that much: have a look on retrobike.com, may be of interest to some of the members.0

I just saw one listed on Craigslist for $1500 and heard it sold for $1200. Hope that helps0
