Choice of three!

I am looking at getting a road bike. I already own a Giant Anthem MTB which I love but fancy a speedier steed for the road. I will mainly be pleasure riding although have got my sights on a London- Brighton/ London- Paris challenge so need something that would be suitable for both. After a bit of research I like the look of the following:
Specialized Allez Elite
Cube Peloton Race
Giant Defy 1
Any feedback would be gratefully received :D

    The Defy 1 would get my money out of those although I'd say get whichever is the most comfortable.

    I've got the Defy 1 and its superb... I wouldn't look any further than the giant!
