Hi, I'm having trouble finding the right colour bolts for my Boardman Comp. I'm looking for Lime green.
So far the closest I have seen is Superstar componants Rotor bolts, but i'm not sure these would fit in the bottle cage bolts? I have superstar grips with lime green ends and they match pretty well.
I want to change the rotor bolts, bottle cage bolts, and stem bolts.
Any ideas? It's proving tricky to find some that are reasonably priced!

As CD says coloured bolts are often aluminium (you can get coloured steel and ti, but the colour's much more washed out), aluminium rotor bolts aren't a great idea, and it's suicide in your stem.
If you find rotor bolts you do like the colour of they will fit in your bottle cage though, both M5.
There's no reason to pay more than about 50p for an aluminium bolt though, so many people (like that CRC link) are a total rip off!0 -
Missed stem. Yes I would suggest don't.I don't do smileys.

http://www.gwr-fasteners.co.uk do green bolts in both alloy and stainless, but like most they are the darker green,
might be worth dropping them a line though as they may be able to help you with a lighter shade?? they were great when i contacted them for my disco bolts! haha!Timmo.

You won't find any bolts that I'd be happy using in a stem with a bright green. Unless you paint them, which will look crap.0
