Hi,
What's the best cream out there to prevent the old groin rash. I've tried Vaseline, but not the smoothest to apply! :?

If its a rash, it will be a fungal/bacterial infection, dont think vaseline will help....use assos, or dznuts if you can get it, both are antifungal/bacterial....I'm talking from experience as I've just cleared up an epic bout of groin rash and dont ever want that back. Finished up at the docs with antibiotics and prescription ar$e cream0 -
If you actually get a rash, try Lamisil as thats effective against jock itch. Applied after the event, not before !0

A good chamois cream (I use Butt'r) and then Sudocreme post ride.
Edit: clean shorts/chamois every ride help. Drying cycling kit all over the house drives the missus nuts but keeps mine sore free...0 -

Vaseline is very good for creating a good 'culture' in your shorts - you need some form of antiseptic / astringent to keep the bugs at bay.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
