why have specialized made 2 bikes that look the same in 2011? i have the camber comp 2011 and it basicly looks like a stump jumper only just noticed this lol im sure this must have been brought up befor
When i die I just hope the wife doesn't sell my stuff for what I told her I paid for it other wise someone will be getting a mega deal!!!

Those are the US specific paint jobs, we have different ones entirely, and he's correct in saying that they make identical paint schemes for both.paul.skibum wrote:

Ah OK so different paint scheme in UK to North America? That's kinda weird (you'd think same paint would mean savings for them no?) OK sorry I agree 2 bikes with the same paint job (or very similar - the black bits on the top tube aren't on the stumpy) is a bit odd but not lazy as they didnt do that for the US market. Just odd!
But then you can buy the same colour frame for a butcher, nickel, heckler and superlight I believe so....Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0 -

Erm they aren't the same paintjob. Similar but not the same, which is a spesh trademark really look at their road bikes all very similar. I think its known as branding, making your product easliy recognisable.0
